Saudi Arabia include injured Al-Faraj in World Cup squad

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia coach Herve Renard named injured star midfielder Salman Al-Faraj in his squad for the World Cup which kicks off in Qatar on November 20.

The Al-Hilal player was injured in a 1-0 friendly win over Iceland on Sunday.

Al-Faraj was still suffering with pain in his shoulder but the team management said he should be fit for the World Cup where Saudi Arabia are in Group C with Argentina, Mexico and Poland.
