Cameroon national team played its first international match in 1956 and is one of the largest African teams. It won the Africa Cup of Nations six times and participates in the World Cup for the eighth time, and its best achievements in the World Cup are reaching the quarterfinals in the 1990. They played their first international match on March 27, 1970. At the continental level, Al Annabi appeared 10 times in the Asian Cup and won the title once in their history in 2019, and also has three titles in the Gulf Cup.
